Kaipara House offers you the Victorian suite - a spacious double. Continental breakfast is served in our breakfast room/guest lounge.

We try and have everyone breakfasted by 8.30, so the day's chores can be done before the arrival of our next guests.

On arrival, you can enjoy afternoon refreshments in the guest lounge or the garden.

We have two self-contained Studios, facing north and east with your own open flame gas fireplace. With Queen beds, ensuite and kitchenette, you can have either a rural view or look over our picturesque garden with its gazebo and large ozone chlorine-free spa.
